Update: they provide great aftercare service. The owners are very kind and sweet. I highly recommend! They serve the community with compassion. They are extremely busy, but they still answered me and let me squeeze in an appointment, since another customer cancelled last minute. What others need 3 to 4 days for the job, they get it done much sooner. I feel very fortunate that I found them. 👍👍👍

We brought our 2019 BMW X3 in due to a radiator leak, and we’re so glad we found this place. We initially took it to Tires Plus, where they would not identify the source of the leak and provided a quote of $2,200, which left me feeling very uncomfortable. I decided to call around and get quotes from several shops with strong reviews that specialize in BMWs. Out of five quotes, Sam’s Automotive was the only one that insisted on actually seeing the vehicle. They explained several solid reasons why it was important to inspect it first and that the issue could be something other than the radiator itself. They were absolutely right, and we saved over $1,000. They were professional, thorough, and honest. They didn’t just focus on the one issue we brought it in for; they performed a complete check of the vehicle, which we really appreciated. As long as we’re here and own a BMW, this will be our go-to shop. Their prices are fair, their work is excellent, and the experience was outstanding. Thank you.

I've been a loyal customer of Sam's Automotive for over 25 years and wouldn't let another mechanic even open up my hood. These guys are totally honest, experienced and knowledgeable on every aspect of every BMW I've ever owned. I wish they were able to do warranty work but am quite satisfied that they service my cars as soon as they come out of warranty. If anyone does a review on this company and doesn't give them a 5 star rating, chances are the review is bogus and certainly not creditable. Thanks Sammy for all you do. Ric
